Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as processing and shipment preparation begin immediately.
Return Policy
As a general rule, returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
However, orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to the EU 14-day cooling-off right.
Please refer to the Return Policy and the EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period below for details.
1. If the item is damaged, if the contents differ from what was shown or advertised, or if the order was fulfilled differently from what was agreed, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Given the nature of international shipping, all items undergo additional inspection before shipment. As a result, product defects or shipping errors are extremely rare.
3. Due to the nature of thread, creasing, and fabric, minor variations such as mixed threads are not considered actual errors or defects, as they fall within the specified tolerance range, and are therefore not eligible for return.
4. We only accept returns for items purchased on this website. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Dunst products purchased through other channels.
5. To request a return, please contact us by email at: dunstcs@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email:
● Your name
● Your order number
● The item(s) being returned
● The reason for the return
● Image(s) proving the damage
6. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please do not ship the item back before receiving approval — unapproved or unannounced returns will not be accepted or processed.
7. Once the returned item arrives at our logistics center in South Korea, it will undergo an inspection. Refund processing takes approximately 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to an additional 4 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items. If your item qualifies for a return under the Return Policy above, you may return it for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Policy
The following provisions apply only to orders shipped to the European Union.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, regardless of whether the item is defective.
However, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Fee (Change of Mind)
If you cancel or return your order for a reason of change of mind under this 14-day cooling-off right, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Full Return: A flat return shipping fee of USD $80 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund amount, reflecting the actual round-trip international courier cost.
- Partial Return: If the remaining order value after the return still qualifies for free shipping, only the actual return shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the remaining order value no longer qualifies for free shipping, a flat return shipping fee of USD $80 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund amount.
This fee does not apply to returns of defective or damaged items, which remain covered under the general Return Policy above.
