Dear Dunst Customer Service, 


 I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made on your website. On October 21, I purchased a coat priced at $316.35 on the English version of your website. However, I later discovered that the same coat is listed at KRW 312,600 on the Korean version of your website. After checking the current exchange rate, I realized that I overpaid by approximately $85.52. 


 I am genuinely surprised and concerned as to why there would be such a significant price difference for the same item, depending on the language preference of the website. This situation seems unfair to consumers and raises questions about the transparency and integrity of your pricing strategy. Can this be considered consumer fraud? 


 I kindly request that you: 

1.Explain the reason for the discrepancy in pricing between the English and Korean versions of the website. 

2.Address and rectify the overpayment I experienced by either refunding the difference or offering an equivalent store credit.

 I hope that this issue can be resolved amicably and promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
